Carolina Mantilla is the Latin America Sustainability and Recycling Director for the Plastics and Specialty Packaging. She serves this position since November 2018. Carolina joined Dow in 2001 in Colombia as Customer Service Representative for Andean countries, and moved later in 2001 to Barranquilla site to support different supply chain roles. She then held several roles in the sales support and commercial organizations, mainly in the Coatings business. From 2013 to 2017, she had different positions in Marketing organization within Dow Coatings Materials, her latest as LAA Marketing Director. In early 2017, she took responsibilities as Sales Director for Coatings, Construction and Consumer business for Andean, Central America and Caribbean regions. Carolina holds a bachelor degree in industrial engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia and master degree in International Business and Finance from Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia.
